Description

It's an honor of mine to have been able to depict what is essentially the first picture of unheilstifter's character Ekali, who has been so instrumental in several of my characters, the most obvious of which is the fact Ekali is the father(!) of my character Auriana. I trusted opcrom to help me realize this picture, showing Ekali in his royal palace along with a certain caramel skinned girl!

Many thanks go to :iconopcrom: who drew this picture absolutely perfectly, and to :iconunheilstifter: for creating Ekali and being so instrumental in my RP life over the years.

Aeka of course belongs to me.

I really appreciate my character being a part of the picture. Normally for something like this I'd add it on my profile with some little blurb, but I'll write it here this time.

Originally, Ekali was a character created to be the enemy of a villain group and that meant being pretty unambiguously bad in a lot of ways. Shortly after Ekali was defeated and people decided reform was better than just offing the big baddy, Aeka appeared under the pretense of helping improve the group on the whole and help some, particularly Ekali, see things in a better light. When the group began to disband, Aeka went with Ekali and others to help and continue encouraging their positive behaviors. Aeka was definitely the source of influence that made Ekali change his personal realm into a happier place. One where Ekali was willing to move heaven and earth to have Aeka see (and subsequently spend lots of time cuddling Ekali in).

I'd definitely sum up Ekali going from a cruel, self proclaimed god to a benevolent, self proclaimed god to be Aeka's work, so the influence between characters has certainly gone both ways.
